Returns Specialist

To expand our returns team, we are looking for someone to start as a Returns Specialist

What will you be doing?
You will work in the returns department in the warehouse of Dimass in Haelen, a specialized fulfillment company in e-commerce, with national and international customers for whom we provide the logistics services. The team already consists of 140 colleagues. In the returns department you are checking and processing the returned products/packages. These are then administratively processed in our own WMS system.

What we are looking for:

• An enthusiastic and eager to learn candidate with good communication skills
• A minimum of MBO 3 education
• The ability to work punctually and accurately
• Preferably experience with logistics work
• Preferably you are in possession of a valid reach truck certificate
• Good written and spoken knowledge of the English language is a requirement
• Good written and spoken knowledge of the Dutch language is an advantage
• Good command of the Microsoft Office package
