Logistics Teamleader (Fulltime)

Dimass Group BV with its headquarters in Haelen is a specialized fulfillment company and is engaged in fine-meshed logistics and personalized distribution of goods for web shops, marketplaces, B2B channels and marketing activities.

From our warehouses we offer our customers various services such as storage and warehousing, e-distribution, order picking, packaging and shipping of these goods including return processing, invoicing and financial fulfillment. Our extensive customer base includes large national and international companies. 

For the expansion of our operations team, we are looking for a:

Logistics Teamleader (Fulltime)

Job Description:

• You will work with your team and colleague team leaders on the shop floor.  
• You lead a team of order pickers & packers.
• You have a real 'hands on' mentality and collaborate and manage the picking and packing process.
• You monitor and prioritize the progress of the daily operational processes within our company.
• You consult with colleague team leaders on the shop floor to ensure set KPIs.
• Coaching, motivating and guiding your team.
• Ensuring optimal utilization, productivity and commitment of your team
• Instructing, informing and supporting the employees of the department so that the work is carried out safely, efficiently and correctly, according to the appropriate standards

What qualities should you possess:

• MBO (niv4) working and thinking level
• At least 2 years of experience in a leading position (in logistics is an advantage)
• Good in spoken and written communication
• Good knowledge in word and writing of the English language is a requirement.
• Good knowledge in word and writing of the Dutch language is an advantage.
• You have good communication skills and demonstrate leadership qualities.
• You work accurately and you are precise in following up on appointments.
• You have problem solving skills and a helicopter view
• You are full-time available in alternating shifts between 7.00 - 23.30 hours
• Alternately also available on weekends (with allowance)
